From an early age - 14, I have had a keen interest in how the body works, starting my journey by completing a Bachelor of Science (1995). Completing a 2 year Diploma in Biodynamic Craniosacral in 2009 and adding Bowen therapy over the last few years.

My clinic has mainly focused around working with pregnant mums and babies, helping relieve colic symptoms and neck stiffness due to birth.

TMJ (jaw) issues are common due to stress, tension or misalignment and after tooth removal / dental surgery. Bowen along with craniosacral therapy can benefit the symptoms that occur.

Bowen & craniosacral therapy will benefit the whole body from minor aches and pains, providing much needed relaxation.

I am particularly interested in people’s relationships with themselves and how that affects their physical, mental and emotional health and this is the reason I have combined Bowen, Craniosacral therapy, and FES Flower Remedies.
